Does Holmes Construction take on small renovations?
While we are focused on larger projects such as custom home and cottage builds, our team is always happy to speak to you about your renovation needs. If we aren’t able to take the project on ourselves, we are happy to refer you to someone who can.
Do I need an interior designer?
When it comes to how you work with Holmes Construction for your custom build, you have options. Along with full-service custom builds where our team handles everything from design to finishing touches, we also have experience working with the top interior designers across Ontario.
Do you provide services in my area?
Holmes Construction is dedicated to building custom, homes and cottages in Durham Region, Kawartha Region and the Muskokas. We also offer services to some areas of York Region. That being said, contact us if your project lands outside our regular geographics as we have been known to take on exciting projects further from home.
